Parenting a Child with Special Needs: Discussion around shared resources and support!

For parents of a child/children with a special need (3 years of age or younger)

Whether your child has an official medical/physical/or mental health diagnosis or simply struggling with engaging in more expected social/educational experiences, this group is for you! Allison will provide various question prompts/topics to be discussed (i.e. tips, techniques, and education) and you are encouraged to share resources/skills. For those families with babies (pre-walkers), your baby is welcome to join parents with you.

For children ages 12 mo-3 years, we will have a coinciding playgroup. (Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis if appropriate – contact us with questions.) Engaging, structured, and developmentally appropriate activities, games, books, and toys will be provided and implemented by our child playgroup leader/s.

This is a six-week program; scholarships are available.
