We will show a simple method for composting kitchen waste year-round easily, without having the pile freeze up in January. Time permitting, we will also cover simple, two easy approaches to composting garden weeds: one in a manner that allows the pile to reach 140 degrees, and the second where weeds are sheet-composted in garden paths.
