Cooking with Jeremy: Meatballs with a Pomodoro sauce

Accomplished chef and noted pasta maker Jeremy Pietropaolo is back with five new cooking classes. Each one-hour class takes on a different recipe, teaching tips and techniques, including plating where appropriate. At the end of the class you’ll have something finished and ready to serve! Join us for one or any combination of classes. Ingredients list will be provided ahead of time. Meatballs with a Pomodoro sauce – We’ll make homemade meatballs and simmer them in a quick Pomodoro sauce.
