Learn how to create a beautiful charcuterie board that is perfect for any occasion! During this live and interactive class we will go over how to select and beautifully present the perfect combination of cheeses, meats, and other flavor complements such as fruit, spreads, nuts, crackers, and dried fruits. We will even learn how to make one of those salami roses!

You will watch a presentation and then practice by selecting from different charcuterie food stations to make your own unique small board (2-4 person) you will take home with you.

All food is provided along with a bamboo disposable tray and box for easy transportation home. Come join the fun and bring a friend! A $40 materials fee will be paid to Luisa at the class.
