
Brave the elements and take your exercise outside! If there’s snow, we’ll snowshoe; if not, we’ll put on our micro spikes and explore the winter trails. Prepare to get your heart rate up and hopefully warm up while enjoying the winter wonderland. Dress for movement and warmth. Each week will feature a new location in and around Concord.
