Ready to deepen your understanding of mindfulness and meditation? This 4-session virtual series, beginning Thursday April 28th, is suitable for those interested in starting mindful meditation or those who would like to deepen their current practice. In community with others, join Meg Landers, LCSW, for an engaging virtual 4-week program consisting of mindful presentations, guided meditation practice, and group discussions that integrate the foundations of mindfulness with experiential meditation practice.
Meg’s belief that “practice makes progress” encourages us all to consistently return to mindful practice in our lives. Here, we can experience the eventual connection to an enduring awareness of the body + mind + heart. In her simple formulation, these few elements build a foundation to how we relate to our “inner non-judging witness.”
Consistent attendance in this deeply impactful program is encouraged. Reference materials will be provided via e-mail to participants, and the program will offer practice work in between sessions. Diversity-Equity-Inclusion Access observant.
