Join renowned dignity expert Donna Hicks, author of “Dignity: Its Essential Role in Resolving Conflict” and “Leading with Dignity: How to Create a Culture That Brings Out the Best in People”, for a three session workshop that will explore dignity—how we honor it in ourselves and others—as a foundational element in how communities function, collaborate, and navigate conflict. Her Dignity Framework, developed through her work at Harvard University in international conflict resolution, offers practical tools for strengthening relationships and fostering a culture of respect and belonging.

Building on a recent session with the Select Board, School Committee, and Town Manager, this free, interactive workshop series invites broader participation from Concord’s civic community.
