Woods Hill Table
Woods Hill Table is the area’s first restaurant growing our own organic produce and livestock. Working in tandem with our 360 acre Farm at Woods Hill (located in Bath, NH) Chef Charles Foster & Farm Advocate Kristin Canty create seasonally inspired meals using the best organically grown and thoughtfully sourced ingredients available. Guests at Woods Hill Table will enjoy the connection between proper practices and delicious food in every menu item. Now open for Saturday Brunch.
Opening a restaurant in her hometown of Concord, Massachusetts, is the culmination of proprietor Kristin Canty’s journey to support small farming and celebrate the benefits of fresh local food. In her search for the right farms to source her restaurant with pasture-raised meat and dairy, Kristin discovered and fell in love with a 360-acre property in Bath, New Hampshire. She and her husband Jim purchased the farm and hired two resident farmers to bring it back to full production. They named the farm “The Farm at Woods Hill” as the original property, dating back to 1794, was called “Woods Hill Farm”. It was a natural next step to name the restaurant “Woods Hill Table”. Kristin, and her team work with many other farmers and fishermen who share their understanding of the direct connection between delicious, flavorful dishes and nutrient-dense, earth-friendly farming and pasturing practices.

The meal was incredible, wait staff phenomenal.
I had the trout, my friend the duck. Both amazing. My espresso martini was also top notch! Atmosphere was great but loud/echo-ey we ate in the main dining Room on the far left.
Parking was tricky and it was hard to see the signs because it was rainy out.

Excellent food and service with fresh offerings. The menu changes with what is in season so there is always something new to try. We came for dinner and everything was flavorful and well prepared and we enjoyed every bite. They have an excellent list of cocktails as well that we enjoyed and paired well with dinner. While the prices are higher they are well worth the quality of the food and the experience. An excellent place for a date night out or dinner with friends.

We came here for our wedding anniversary, and had a great experience. The service was attentive, the cocktails were delicious (the A-Honey-Cot was a favorite), and the food was exceptional. I had the steak frites and my wife had the pork chop, and we were both very happy with our choices. I'm not sure why it took us so long to try this place, but we will definitely be back!

Went there Friday night at 6pm with the girls and stayed until they closed. We were seated right away. It took us awhile to figure out what to order so the waitress had to come by twice. The food and drinks came out in a timely manner and the waitress checked on us every so often. All the food (apps, entrees, and sides) were delicious! Drinks were good too. We found a piece of glass in the risotto, informed the waitress and she took it back. The manager brought out a new one and comped us for that plate. It tasted good though. The desserts were good size portions, shareable if you're not that hungry. Although we stayed for 4+ hours, they never rushed us or made us feel like we had over stayed our welcome.

Food was amazing. Small menu that seems like every dish they make was constructed to perfection. They also had some good craft cocktails and a very friendly bar staff. Only about a 15 minute wait, tho we were skipped for two seats at the bar by a couple who had showed up after us. Luckily the couple corrected that with the staff and we were seated ahead of them. All in all I would highly recommend it! I'll be going back and I live about an hour away.

Really nice time at the Woods Hill Table in Concord. Our server (a nice gentleman wearing a Hawaiian shirt) did two things especially well … first he was super friendly and treated my kids with kindness. Second, he cautioned us up front the kitchen would be slow due to a few different factors that night. Not to worry though because he kept the delicious cocktails from the creative drink menu coming fast. And he got the kids food o it quick. I had the smoked duck leg which might have been my favorite duck dish ever! My wife had the steak frites, which was cooked perfectly. You know what I love most about this restaurant? The food is all from their own sources and you can feel confident that you aren't eating a bunch of garbage. After meeting the owner, I felt very comfortable bringing my child with food allergies. The kitchen is incredibly conscious of how their dishes are made AND how they are presented. The bartenders are engaging and creative. This is a great spot to eat out or host a small event.

Love this place! The service is awesome, everyone who works there is friendly, patient, and helpful. They have different types of seating (bar, booths, high tables, normal tables) so whatever you choose will be comfortable for you. Everything on the menu is good, I had one pasta dish that wasn't really for me, but still really delicious. You really go there for their main entrees and their apps which are all amazing (would give them 6 stars if I could especially the lamb entree and broccoli app). It's a little pricey but certainly worth it. Seems like they have some really amazing chefs here. They also have the best espresso martinis around and they even ask you if you want it black or with Bailey's which as a black coffee drinker I really appreciated!

The HOSPITALITY is always top notch. The waiters go above and beyond to always make a celebratory night special. They must keep a record of the their customers because they remember our anniversary every year. They also make your every day eating experience fun and welcoming.
This place feels like a hug. The wood beams, industrial lighting and stone fireplace pull you in with a rustic but trendy vibe. It’s hard to find a trendy looking place out of the city and Woods Hill always hits that spot for me.
Now for the FOOD. Get the pasta, soup or apps.

I LOVE her as a server because she is not shy with her opinion and it is RIGHT when she gives it. You ask her what is better and she doesn't give you the "Oh I love everything" speech. She recommended we try the Broccoli last time I came and I have never tasted broccoli so good.

What an amazing experience! The attention to detail in every aspect of this restaurant is exquisite! We sat at the bar and Mitch was our guide through delicious artisanal cocktails, a lovely selection of taps, incredible plates, and a truly convivial atmosphere. This is a farm-to-table restaurant that has helped transform the local agriculture scene. Every dish, every glass, and every detail has a story. Everyone else behind the bar was charming and warm. This place quickly shot up to our 'favorites' after just one meal. Menu has 'dairy-free' and other allergy ingredients well-marked on the menu.

A delightful restaurant with exquisite table service. The menu is seasonal and fresh, with novel flavor combinations. Lovely restaurant, delicious food, with a consistent locavore point of view. Woods Hill prides itself on sourcing the best quality ingredients from the area, a promise well executed. The table and room were comfortable in a relaxed, chic way. Our starters were a lovely fresh salad and a bowl of corn chowder. The chowder was the only dish that wasn't quite right - neither hot nor cold, a rather thin broth but its' swirl of flavored oil was delicious. We had scallops and lamb, both were impressive. The plates were beautifully composed also.
Nice service, and I must not forget the good crusty bread and sweet butter on the table. A really good meal and fairly priced for top rate ingredients and skillful preparation. Reservations are a must.

Love this place. It is a fine-dining, four diamond, farm-to-table restaurant right in West Concord center. Dinner started with cocktails. They offer creative, well-balanced cocktails with subtle flavors. I ordered the salad of roasted organic beets, which mixes tender sweet beets with greens and crunchy puffed quinoa and a tahini dressing. For entree, I considered the squid ink lobster/crab dish, or the grass-fed sirloin, but chose instead their sea scallops with kale, maitake, and bacon. They have good desserts, too. I have been going here for years, and will go back again! (It is often busy, so go for a reservation.)

Woods Hill Table is a nice, upscale yet casual restaurant. Appreciate the farm to table focus, mainly organic and local ingredients. I have to be honest however (and will edit if I return and this changes)... After several visits, there has been a noticeable and significant drop in quality of the menu and product - whereas on earlier meals the protein, greens and other aspects were truly exceptional and served with clear excellence, recently the meal was delivered with little presentation detail, average preparation and no attention to things like seasoning. I don't like using the word bland but that's the closest I can find to describe it. A side frustration, when asking for cucumber in my Hendricks and tonic I was told they didn't have any - this was always a default garnish but now, not only was a lime included (a go-to I get it) and too much ice, but no accomodation for what I would consider a fairly staple option. I'll give it one more go because I do believe in their mission of going organic and local, but for the prices they charge I expect solid service and reliable quality on the table.

Delicious! So glad we finally tried this farm-to-table restaurant. They have their own farm that supplies most of their ingredients and they buy from other local farms, as well.
We had oysters and wood fired broccoli as our apps. The broccoli was so good! My husband made that happy face at his first bite of bolognese with homemade pasta. I enjoyed my risotto. We really wanted to try the duck wings, but they were sold out. I had two beverages, The Juice was very refreshing, the presentation of the Scotch and Rose was very cool.
Our server (who was great) mentioned they have a sister restaurant called Adelita that serves Mexican fare. Can't wait to try that place, too!

Very pleasant dinner experience. This was date night for my wife and I, and we were both very satisfied overall.
In terms of safety, the location has outdoor seating for COVID times, which we chose despite the cold weather. Woods Hill Table did not have outdoor heaters going, so my wife who was bundled up was fine but I should have worn more layers.
I tried a dry martini (the second most important element of any dinner!) with their own brand of gin which was acceptable, but I switched out to Hendricks for the second - both were well made to order, but on the small size. My wife's old fashioned was _amazing_, a drink that all old fashioneds should aspire to be. The house was surprisingly busy that night, and when our food was late the manager comped me a hot toddy which was also very, very good.
The duck wings had a very good sauce to them and great flavor, but were very tough which was unfortunate as they were a bit of a struggle to eat. I had the steak was a little less tender than I liked, but it was well cooked to order and delicious.
Overall they have an intimidatingly refined menu, and the elements that come out good all turn out to be great. Demerits for little things like small martinis and tough duck wings, which are forgiveable but deserve mention at WHT.
Four stars - will go again, but will probably wait until the menu has something specific I'd like to try an amazing version of.

Our favorite local farm to table restaurant. The service is always spectacular. The bartenders are knowledgeable and make amazing cocktails. The food is always fantastic. It's usually from their sister farm in NH. The menu changes to include seasonal items. We've gone for brunch and dinner several times and we're always raving about the food for the whole day. And ps... The beef tallow fries are a must have!

Woods Hill Table is always busy, and it's easy to see why. Everything is top notch, from the moment you enter and are greeted, to the attentive service you get, to the delicious locally sourced menu options. It's great to see several excellent organic wine options too. Love coming here for a local night out.
