
Come learn how to use a lacrosse ball (supplied) to release deep muscle tension. We will spend 75 min practicing where to place the ball, how to breathe and relax into it, and how to make modifications when needed. Starting with the shoulders and neck, and working our way down the back, and finally to the hips, legs and feet. We will also incorporate some deep stretches that will compliment the ball rolling. This is a practice you can do on your own at home to aid in releasing stress and chronic tension in your body. All ages and abilities welcome! You will be provided a lacrosse ball and a print out of all the things we learn in class. Class is located at On the Mat yoga studio near Monument Square in Concord.
