Milldam is turning 50! Please join us on Friday, September 27th, 7:00-9:30pm at the Concord Free Public Library to celebrate Milldam Nursery School’s 50th Anniversary.

Co-hosted with the Concord Free Public Library Corporation, the Milldam family will gather to remember 50 years of building deep community roots through play-based learning.

Alumni, teachers, parents, and friends are invited to reminisce with old friends and new, while enjoying appetizers, open bar, and live music by House Red, a Milldam Alumni/Parent band.

Come explore the Library’s dynamic expansion plans and see photos of “Ducky in a Puddle,” a 2’x2′ bronze duck sculpted by Nancy Schön. Commissioned and donated by Milldam in honor of all Milldam students, she is fondly nicknamed “Milly, the Milldam Duck!” Milly will greet the public for years to come from her future home in the Library’s new children’s area.

Our 50th Anniversary Celebration is free and open to alumni (21 and over), teachers, parents, and friends, both current and past.
