Make Your Own Pet Treats!

July 23, 2021 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

- Free

The Children’s Department at the Concord Free Public Library will offer a free workshop for children to make their own pet treats. The workshop will take place outdoors on the library’s front lawn on Friday, July 23 at 3pm and will be led by instructor Mandy Roberge. The workshop is recommended for children between 8 and 12 years old.

We’ll make a batch of homemade dog treats (no nuts or eggs) and while they bake in the oven, we’ll sew an easy catnip mouse toy for your favorite feline. If you don’t have pets, make treats for your neighbor or local animal shelter!

This event is generously sponsored by The Friends of the Concord Free Public Library. Register in advance at https://concordlibrary.org/news-events/events-calendar.
