This 2- hour interactive, informative class will unravel the secrets to Indian cooking and simplify the process. The class includes tips on healthy and nutritious Indian Parsi cooking, make ahead tips and tips on how to make these recipes for a dinner party.

Rita Kapadia has authored “Parsi Cuisine Manna of the 21st Century”, and other cookbooks, with matched digital eBooks. She teaches and demos Indian Parsi Cuisine at Libraries and Museums in the Boston area.
