
TEEN GIRLS: release the stress and find your path to contentment! This 2-session series incorporates yoga, writing and mindfulness practices that help you express your natural way of being. We provide all you need: yoga mats, journals, pens, healthy snacks, fun and compassion. Just bring your wonderful self and some healthy curiosity.
