Join us to learn the essentials of fresh pasta making! We will practice making three different pasta shapes and discuss the origins of the various types of pasta shapes and pasta dough. Then take your fresh pasta home to prepare with your favorite sauce! Food fees are included in tuition. Please bring a wooden cutting board and container to bring your fresh pasta home.
