The first wave will begin at 8:00am with the 6 and under age group.

Day off registration not permitted

Anticipated Start Times (Subject to change based on registration numbers):
Ages 6 and under: 8:00am
Ages 7 & 8: 8:00am
Ages 9 &10: 8:30am
Ages 11-17: 9:00am
Ages 18+: 9:30am

Swim & Run Distances
6 and under – 100 yards swim, 1/4 mile run
7 & 8 – 200 yard swim, 1/4 mile run
9 & 10 – 300 yard swim, 1/2 mile run
11-17 – 300 yard swim, 1 mile run
18+ – 500 yard swim, 2 mile run

**Participants required to pass swim test in order to participate
