This year’s event features picture book classics, books that will make you laugh, and diverse global stories. Books in this year’s event include, Don’t let the Pigeon Drive the Bus by author Mo Willems which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, classics such as Tomie dePaola’s Strega Nona, and new books like the winner of the 2023 Caldecott Medal Hot Dog by Doug Salati. The event features stories for everyone, whether you
want a silly book about unicorns, a beautiful and cozy winter story about snow, a tale that celebrates messy art making, or books that teach you about family traditions from around the world.
Admission is included with a Museum ticket. Family Trees is organized by the Concord Museum’s Guild of Volunteers as a benefit for the Museum’s education initiatives.
