I landed in Concord to meet a client for dinner. As i was early I wandered into this arts snd crafts store. Upon noting the quality of workmanship I mentioned to the clerk - whom I later found to be the owner- an idea for a pair of "tear-drop gem stone earrings." I was told they might have an artisan who would be able to create my feeble sketch. Within a few days... to my surprise they emailed me with a photo of gem stones, sketch and a quote. Very reasonable compared to other jewelers in the same berg, no less. Gave her a credit card and got a delivery date. A few days later another email offering a variety of gold clasps. A few weeks later I picked them up and they were stunning. WOW... Seamless, excellent quality and reasonably priced ... Concord, MA no less. GO

Artisans Way is such a fun shop! If you want a gift that will delight and is not something they already have artisans way is the place to shop. Chances are you will find something you love as well. It is a decent size store but broken down into little areas\departments, such as baby, kitchen, whimsical, jewelry, household, etc as well as holiday items. The store has a great vibe, like you took a deep breath & sighed. Prices are as expected with such items-not cheap but definitely reasonable. I always look forward to returning because there is always loads of new items to explore. My only complaint is that I never have time to see everything!

This is a beautiful store with a great selection of handcrafted gifts made by artisans from all over the country. The collection of fine art by local artists is impressive. Helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. A great stop when visiting historic Concord!
