Stewards reminds us of symbols and signposts from the natural
world that touch our lives. Represented artist Lynne D. Klemmer
shows her playful yet sacred entities in her vibrant paintings.
Her imagery draws on a wide range of influences: folk and
aboriginal art traditions mixed with a modernist aesthetic.
Guest artist Bethany Noël exudes the healing and focusing
effects of finding sanctuary in the woods through mesmerizing
oil colors. Noël’s paintings coalesce around her chronic migraine
disorder which brings her unique vision. This show celebrates
the moments of refuge and joy we find on the winding road.
The show also features new works by represented artists
including Brenda Cirioni, Patti Ganek, and Kevin Kusiolek.
