Jason Bulger, Director of the Concord Municipal Light Plant, will explain the new Time-of-Day electricity rate structure. We will also use this opportunity to discuss online participation in public meetings, comparing the pros and cons of a public Zoom meeting using the Webinar format, and also the safeguards the town has implemented to prevent Zoom bombing and other interruptions that online participation might allow.
