League of Women Voters Warrant Review Session 1
April 5, 10:00 – 11:30 am
LWVCC offers all citizens an opportunity to learn about the Town Meeting warrants before attending the Town Meeting on April 29. Please join us at the Concord Free Public Library or via Zoom for a discussion about the following warrant articles:
– School budgets, including restroom facilities at CCHS (articles 20, 21, 23, 24)
– Create stormwater enterprise (article 16)
– Nagog Pond improvements and PFAS mitigation (article 17)
Warrant Review Session 2 is scheduled for April 10, and Session 3 for April 12. All sessions will be recorded and made available online. Visit lwvcc.org to register for Zoom.

– Public safety funding for Concord250 (article 13)
– MBTA Communities Act (article 34)
– Community Preservation Act appropriation recommendations (article 40)
– Town goals to meet climate challenge (article 31)
– Town solar expansion (article 33)

LWVCC offers all citizens an opportunity to learn about the Town Meeting warrants before attending the Town Meeting on April 29. Please join us at the Concord Free Public Library or via Zoom for a discussion about the following warrant articles:
– Name new middle school Ellen Garrison (article 22)
– Authorize a task force to review and update policies of the Historic Districts and the Historical Commission (article 41)
– Town Meeting study committee (article 26)
– Citizen Petition: Town Meeting voting reform (article 27)
– Citizen Petition: Remote participation at Town Meeting (article 28)
– Citizen Petition: Use of hand-held electronic voting at Town Meeting (article 29)
– Citizen Petitions: Cell tower at landfill at 755 Walden Street and the Public Works parcel on Keyes Road  (articles 38 & 39)
