John Gardella returns to lead the 2023 Great Decisions program at the COA. Great Decisionsis America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. The program involves reading the briefing book, watching the DVD, and attending a discussion group. This year’s topics are Energy Geopolitics, War Crimes, China and the US, Economic Warfare, Politics in Latin America, Global Famine, Iran at a Crossroads, and Climate Migration. The 8-week Great Decisions group will meet on Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM starting February 9th. Please note there will be no group February 16th. Reservations will be taken starting February 1st. The cost of the briefing book is $35, check payable to the Town of Concord.
