In this workshop we’ll explore our assumptions about aging and change, some of which may be limiting and blocking us from the opportunity for the evolutionary growth available to us. Through exercises and discussion, we’ll explore the territory that can open us up to a richer, more vibrant “third chapter” in life. Information presented along with rich conversation should open new vistas of possibility and will lead into the eight-week program offered in the spring.
