Do you worry about your health, wellbeing of family/friends, difficulty in the community, world events, or other things that you feel a lack of control over? This group will provide a supportive, non-judgmental place to talk about coping with various aspects of life that create worry and discomfort. This is not meant to be a space to discuss political and world issues but is a time to talk about managing stress that results from feelings of sadness, frustration, worry, and helplessness. Come join others to share your feelings, gain support, & provide comfort to others. This group is run by Social Service Supervisor, Nicole Saia. There is a limit of 12 members.
