Dr. Paul Kirshen, Professor of Climate Adaptation at the University of Massachusetts, will talk about the theory of climate risk assessment and adaptation planning and then talk about some of the likely threats facing Concord and the Boston area in terms of environmental, social, and built systems in our region.
