It’s 1979, phones were still attached to walls, computers were only for NASA, and acceptable workplace behavior looked very different. Violet, Doralee, and Judy are all at different points in their careers at Consolidated, but they all have one thing in common; a truly terrible boss. Franklin Hart makes the office an awful place, whether it is berating Judy, ignoring Violet, or paying far too much unwanted attention to Doralee. When a minor accident snowballs into a full blown fiasco, the ladies band together and decide to take the reins and make the office somewhere everyone can actually enjoy putting in their 9 to 5. As long as they don’t get caught…
