19th century Concord was teaming with activists and intellectuals who cultivated the beginning of the antislavery movement. Coinciding with the celebration of Juneteenth, a holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States, this tour will introduce you to the Concord women and men who played a crucial role in the abolitionist movement in the years leading up to the Civil War.
Tickets include same-day admission to the Concord Museum.
