CONCORD’S BLACK HERITAGE TRAIL.

Location: Freedom Park in Monument Square (also known as Parcel 1693, the lawn on the opposite side of the circle from the Town House)

The program will recognize the installation of the 10 Black Heritage Trail Markers, the Black Heritage Walking Tour, and Maps as well as words and song to commemorate this important moment in our town history.
