The Lions Club is once again hosting Seeing Is Believing, a free blindness-awareness event on Saturday, September 19, from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. at Emerson Field!

Come learn about blindness, vision, and accessibility—and have some fun while you’re at it! The event will feature two exhibition games of Blind Baseball (aka Beep Baseball), plus opportunities to learn about and try the game yourself.

And don’t miss the free eye screenings! Anyone who takes advantage of the screening can enjoy free ice cream afterward.

There will be plenty more to explore, including:
• National Braille Press — try typing your name in Braille!
• A seeing-eye dog
• Kids’ games and activities
• Other hands-on blindness-awareness activities
• And more!
