You are invited to join this hands-on workshop and learn how to make lacto-fermented sauerkraut. You will learn why fermented foods are so important to your diet and how to make this easy, nutrient dense addition to any meal. Depending on the growing season we may also do a brine based fermentation of garlic pickle slices. It will be fun and informative!
Workshop will take place at Sweet Autumn Farm, 180 Prospect St., Carlisle and is given by the Boston School of Herbal Studies.
