Welcome to historic Concord’s oldest independent bakery. This is the place to go for a big sandwich on really fresh bread, scratch made breakfast pastries, delicious coffee, tea, and espresso drinks, as well as take home meals and special occasion desserts.

Born and raised in West Concord, I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, had a career as executive chef in the hotel business before switching gears and coming here. Love Sally Ann’s fresh bread. Go on Friday/ Saturday and they have the cinnamon bread.

SO so yummy!!!!! Needed something quick for lunch so I walked in the bakery looking for a sandwich and walked out with a delicious scone, cookie, and light/fluffy piece of quiche. Go here!!!

We were looking for a sit down place for lunch and this shop didn't have any seats. The staff was kind to enough to recommend other places near bye. I felt that at the least I could do is buy a cookie. The staff said you can have one of the ugly cookies for free. (ones that weren't presentable for sale) I said I wanted to buy a cookie... I was thinking that he was so kind that I wanted to support the shop somehow... He than offered to give me an extra cookie. The cookie was a S-mores and it was delicious. Next time I need a sandwich to go, I will definitely check out.

Had a really delicious veggie sandwich on their freshly baked bread. Every mouthful was a delight. Chocolate chip cookie and Costa Rican coffee were equally pleasing. Best lunch I’ve had in Concord period.

Excellent breakfast sandwich! A great way to start the day. There are two meat choices and one veggie choice. I had the veggie and it was enough for two people. And very tasty! Highly recommend.

We ordered a great turkey sandwich, a tasty croissant and a delicious brownie. It was super busy and we did have to wait for quite some time for the sandwich but we'll definitely come again.

I had one of their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches and a coffee halfway through my long bike ride. The price was higher than your run-of-the-mill sandwich but it is an excellent value. Two eggs, bacon, on their very good grilled bread. A filling meal! They were very busy Saturday morning but I had called in my order. There was a line and service was slow but their card machine had died and one of the staff had to run out for more cash so it was unusual circumstances. Good virus safety and good coffee.
