I have had facials at Hidden Gem Spa for the past year now. I feel so lucky to have found them because I have been many other places over the years but never found one this amazing! The services are done with such care and attention to detail. I am an RN and can honestly say that I am impressed with the cleanliness and comfort they provide for their clients. Pallavi provides her clients with only the best products and treatments. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to invest in their wellness and quality of life make an appointment at Hidden Gem Spa! I am now booked to have an appointment for my hair here and I can't wait!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, plenty of parking, efficient service. I had one of the best 90 min facials with a back massage to start with Pallavi. I fell asleep intermittently which I never do. It was incredibly relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing! Highly recommend and I will be back.

I moved to Concord a year ago and only just getting around to trying out Hidden Gem Spa. I’m kicking myself for not coming here sooner. I received a 1.5 hour facial which was way more than a facial. It was a back, arm and shoulder massage as well. I was totally relaxed and at peace thanks to Laura’s top notch service. She was so kind and helped with suggestions for my skin going forward. I also had the pleasure of meeting Maddie (at the front desk) who was so friendly & helped me book the appt as well. Everyone here is a gem of a person. I also received the lash lift and tint and Laura did an incredible job at that as well. She was doing everything to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot wait to book my next facial here and looking forward to trying some of their other services as well. Thank you, Laura & Maddie and I look forward to seeing you both again soon!!

I have known Pallavi for over three years and won't go anywhere else! She always does an amazing job, uses products that work great on my skin, and is extremely warm and welcoming. I have also been to Lana for a hair treatment and had a wonderful experience with her as well. Overall, highly recommend this spa for the people, atmosphere, and services!

Absolutely amazing overall experience. I did the hydrodermabrasion + LED. Such a relaxing experience. The massacre in the put me to sleep. The facial was a sure icing on the cake. I stumbled upon Hidden Gem Spa for a surprise girls' spa day. I was visiting my friend in Concord, NH and she booked us facials accidentally in Concord, MA. It was a blessing because I discovered my wedding-day make-up artist after experiencing my first-ever facial. I did a makeup trial before booking and since I do not wear a lot of makeup myself, I appreciated that Pallavi was great at listening to my concerns whilst showing my own natural style. I would highly recommend Pallavi for makeup. Her prices are amazing in comparison to other bridal makeup and she was punctual. She is super professional and she came with more artists than I originally booked and didn't charge me extra. 9 adults and 3 kids received wedding makeup in 4 hours. I was stunned she fit us all in and everyone looked gorgeous. It was a wonderful experience to share since most of us had never had our makeup professionally done before! I have been coming to Hidden Gem Spa for almost 1.5 years and I see Pallavi. I typically get a facial and my eyelashes refilled. Pallavi always pays extra care of my skin and always ask what would be the area of concentration/focus should be. She is very sweet, kind, and personable. I recently went to Hidden Gem Spa for a haircut, and it was by far the best haircut I have ever gotten. When I walked in there was soothing music, and I was taken into a little private room with just me and Lana, the hair stylist. Lana was great and took over an hour to perfectly cut my hair, thin it, texture it, and blow dry it. I asked for my hair to be less puffy, frizzy, and dry, and she successfully pulled that off and now my hair looks so much better! Lana was also super nice and interesting to talk to during my haircut. For all the time and effort Lana put into my hair, the total came to only $45. I have recommended this place to others and will be back in the future.

I have visited Hidden Gem Spa many times over the past two years. It is one of the most relaxing, calming, high quality spas I’ve ever been to. Carmen is absolutely amazing and really takes time to make sure you are always comfortable, relaxed, and happy with whichever service you’ve received. I’ve gone to this spa for haircuts, eyebrow waxing, and facials. The hot stone facial was my favorite so far, but they are all incredible and extremely calming and relaxing! The spa uses very high quality products and they always have calming music and an array of aromatherapy oils in the room and being used throughout your facial or massage. They are extremely professional, clean, and they take many precautions to ensure the safety of their clients during COVID.
