We had mochas, cafe chai lattes, croissants, sandwiches in this quaint historic building. Great ambiance, friendly baristas, and even enjoyed a lively chat with a local. He helped my HS Sr. Think critically about his college bound choices. No decision was made, but maybe one step along the way. Thank you to the stranger for helping!

I got a matcha and the caprese baguette which were both so delicious. The seating was very cozy and spacious. Very quick and nice service.

I don't frequent national chains often, but I make an exception for Nero. It's a great atmosphere to warm up, relax, chat, or study. Their craft drinks like the Matcha Latte, and loyalty cards are great as well, and the staff are quite attentive to your requests and needs.
There's also ample street parking, or parking in the lot across the street.

Cozy Euro-style coffee shop in a large vintage inspired space, with something on the menu for everyone. Solid cortado, unusual but flaky kouign-amann. Wide coffee beverage and selection overall, and the baguette sandwiches look fabulous. Line was long and a bit slow when I arrived but was in no rush. The shop has some large tables to accommodate bigger groups and I even saw folks with dogs.

The coziest place to grab a coffee and yummy pastry. We come here a lot and it’s my favorite cold brew. The kids love the blueberry muffins and banana bread. I love the variety of food options (for breakfast and lunch) and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Popular coffee shop in Concord. Gets quite busy on the weekend in the summer. This shop has an antique vibe as it is in an antique building. Wi-Fi with plenty of places to plug in.

Caffe Nero maintains a positive environment in a very busy atmosphere. They have customer flow management down to a science and though you may wait a minute to get your turn, the service is very focused on you when it is your round to order. The decor is very standard coffee shop in design, but with an old-world spin that matches the Concord experience. It's not likely to be a place you'd want to hold a meeting, but if you're looking for a snall conversation one-on-onw its the perfect spot. Well done Caffe Nero.

Cafe Nero is always a good spot to grab a coffee and sit with your computer and do some work. There is a bit of a wait in line to order. 4 stars since I like the interior of other locations better.

I used to get lattes here, which are pretty good but their butter croissants are the best I've ever had. I do wish they updated their app to make it more user friendly.

Guatemalan coffee excellent, limoncello cake delicious but who puts moist cake into cardboard box without wax paper under cake. Couldn’t believe it when I got home. Cardboard is finished so cake did not stick, but appearance is sub standard.

This is a very pleasant Caffe Nero. It starts with the friendly staff. The coffee is good, and they have an assortment of tasty sandwiches and smoothies. But it is also a comfortable place to take a break. I appreciated the nice woman working there who lent me her phone charger. I was on a long bike ride and was about to lose my map. I enjoyed an espresso and a book off their shelf while my phone charged. Cheers!
