Wellness Week: Yoga – Be Where Your Feet Are

BYOM (bring your own mat!) for a flowing blend of movement, mayhem and shenanigans with local instructor, Rama Valiant. Hatha, vinyasa, and athletic yoga with a focus on fun, breathing and presence. All levels welcome, ages 16 and up. Please register for this event at www.concordlibrary.org.

Rama Valianti has been doing yoga for 32 years and teaching for 28. Grateful to be a forever beginner, and a mischievous Funstigator, his greatest passion is to help others achieve their dreams, and be as healthy, content and present as possible.
