Wellness Week: QPR Training

May 18 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

- Free

QPR teaches three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life. Just as people trained in CPR and the Heimlich maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade and refer someone for help. Teens and adults are welcome to attend. This event is cosponsored by AB Cares and The Eliot Center in partnership with The Concord Free Public Library. Please register at www.concordlibrary.org.
