In this workshop you will:
-Learn embroidery stitches (such as running, chain and whip stitch), darning, patching and Sashiko (a form of decorative reinforcement stitching or functional embroidery from Japan) to mend your clothes and turn them into unique works of art.
-Reinforce ripped, torn, damaged areas with decorative stitches
-Demystify mending techniques and discover how these can be easily applied to old items to give them a fresh look
-Gather inspiration from each other as we learn and mend together!
