The Concord Council on Aging (COA) salutes all who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces for their dedicated and loyal service to our country. ALL Concord veterans (not just Seniors) and their spouses are invited to attend the COA’s annual VETERANS DAY BREAKFAST for fellowship, sharing and remembering on Thursday, November 8, 9:00AM, at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center (HWCC). A wide-variety of breakfast fare will be offered and Laurel Holland, Chief of Voluntary Service at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital in Bedford, MA, will be the featured speaker. Children from the Concord Carousel Preschool will close the morning with song. The VETERANS DAY BREAKFAST is free of charge thanks to the funds earned by Harvey’s Treasure Chest Gift Shop. You must reserve your spot by calling the COA: 978-318-3020.
