Next Sunday, June 25th, the Trinitarian Congregational Church will be celebrating Pride Sunday at our worship service, living into our commitment to be an Open and Affirming congregation of faith. Especially this year, when so many laws have been passed targeting the LGBTQIA+ community, it is especially important to bear witness to God’s love for all of us; to open wide our doors with an enthusiastic welcome to people of all abilities, ages, classes, ethnicities, gender expressions, races, and sexual orientations. We strive to love as we are loved by God. Be an ally! Invite your family, your friends, your neighbors … this Sunday, in particular, is a fantastic opportunity to support our LGBTQIA+ community. Children’s activity of “Making Rainbows” is available to those who come with children 4th grade and under. We will have special rainbow-themed food treats during our fellowship coffee hour! Our worship service is at 10:00 a.m., open to all, wherever you may be on your journey of faith.
