Caring for a relative or a friend with a chronic illness can be stressful physically, emotionally and financially. This six-week series of evening classes is designed to provide caregivers with tools, strategies and resources to better handle the unique challenges they face. The series will take place on consecutive Tuesdays, always at 6PM – 7:30PM, on Sept.18 & 25 and Oct. 2, 9, 16 and 23rd.
