Artisans Way, located at 18 Walden St., Concord, is sponsoring a mug drive to benefit Household Goods, a local organization in Acton that provides a full range of donated furniture and household items, free of charge, to people in need. (www.householdgoods.org) The mug collection starts on Sunday, March 17 and lasts through Saturday, March 30.
During their “Trade Up to Handmade, March Madness Mug Event” customers can trade in a generic mug (logo and chip-free) and earn 20% off a beautiful handcrafted ceramic mug of their choice. All collected mugs will be donated to Household Goods (servicing recently homeless, veterans, survivors of domestic violence, immigrants, and victims of disaster, among others.) Artisans Way carries unique handcrafted work of ceramic artisans from across the country.
