Arcadia, one of Tom Stoppard’s true masterworks, is a play with many layers filled with smart dialogue and passionate characters – many of whom are quite intelligent and some who make fools of themselves. The play ping-pongs between two time periods in the same English country home – early 1800’s and modern times.
Concord Players is pleased to be celebrating the 25th anniversary of Arcadia’s opening at London’s Royal National Theatre by presenting it at 51 Walden Street in Concord.
Performances are November 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17 at 8:00 pm and November 11 at 2:00 pm.
