Concord Youth Theatre (CYT) announces its spring fundraiser: A Toast to CYT Wine Tasting Event, to be held Friday, May 5, 7-10 p.m. at First Religious Society UNION HALL, 27 School Street, Carlisle, Mass. Tickets are $25 and may be purchased online at www.concordyouththeatre.org, or at the door. Space is limited; age requirement 21+ years of age. The wine tasting, hosted by our friends at Post Road Liquors (Wayland) will include amazing raffle and silent auction prizes. All proceeds will benefit CYT.

“Like most arts organizations, fundraising efforts and engagement with our generous supporters, was extremely limited over the last three years because of the pandemic,” says Tammy Smith, CYT Board President. “We are excited to welcome CYT parents and supporters to this adult-only wine tasting event and support CYT’s continued tradition of providing a broad range of performing arts education and opportunities to kids of all ages in Concord and the surrounding communities.”

In addition to tasting a variety of wines and learning about the various attributes, attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on a variety of silent auction items, including themed baskets, sporting event tickets, experiences and more. All proceeds from the event will benefit CYTs operating fund, which includes plans for an upgraded sound system.
