SUMMARY:Concord Orchestra Open Rehearsal
DESCRIPTION:Concord Orchestra will hold an Open Rehearsal on Tuesday\, September 1 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at 51 Walden Performing Arts Center in Concord. The orchestra has openings for strings\, and there are sub list opportunities in the other sections.\nDue to limited space on the 51 Walden stage\, we require that all visiting musicians RSVP to play at the open rehearsal. RSVP by visiting www.concordorchestra.com/auditions. Musicians may also attend and just listen. Visitors may play at the open rehearsal without having auditioned. Auditions with the Music Director can be scheduled over the summer\, or sometime after the open rehearsal. \nThe orchestra\, conducted by Music Director Zeke Fetrow\, will be reading music by Anna Clyne\, Gabriel Fauré\, and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.\nConcord Orchestra is composed of 70 volunteer musicians living in Concord\, Massachusetts and the greater Boston metropolitan area.
