Whether you’re picking up an instrument after years away\, looking to finally learn the basics\, or curious about producing music on your phone or laptop\, you belong here. \nJoin us for a relaxed\, welcoming evening where you can meet our faculty\, get answers to your questions\, and see how music can fit into your life. \nWhat to Expect & Explore\n\n\nA Faculty Placement That Fits You: We know that starting or returning to an instrument takes a bit of courage. Finding the right teacher is everything. We take the time to learn about your goals\, favorite musical styles\, and personality so you are paired with an instructor who truly supports your personal journey. \n\n\nCreativity & Technology at CCM2: Want to finally understand how to use GarageBand on your iPad\, iPhone\, or laptop? Curious about digital recording? Step inside our new Media Lab at CCM2\, where you can explore creative tools and see how easy it is to bring your musical ideas to life. \n\n\nA Place to Play with Others: Music is meant to be shared. Joining us means becoming part of an encouraging community where adults at every stage can connect\, play together\, and build confidence through low-pressure workshops and gatherings. \n\n\nFeatured Session\nOpen Jazz & Ensemble Jam Session: Bring your instrument and try it out! Curious about improvisation or wondering what it’s like to play with a group? Join us for an informal jam session. All instruments and skill levels are welcome\, and zero prior jazz or improv experience is required. \nBeyond having fun jamming together\, this session is a great way to explore group ensembles. During the session\, you’ll also have the opportunity to complete a brief placement audition so we can help match you with a weekly group or ensemble that fits your schedule and skill level. \n\nDon’t see the specific group class you are looking for? We are also running a full week of Free Trial Group Classes starting Tuesday\, September 8 through Monday\, September 14. Sign-up!
