SUMMARY:2026 DEI Commission Community Survey
DESCRIPTION:Concord has a new question for its residents\, and it’s a simple one: how are you doing? \nThe town’s Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion Commission has launched a community survey to find out what it actually feels like to live\, work\, or study in Concord. Not what we assume. Not what we’ve always heard. What people actually experience day to day. \nThe survey covers topics like whether people feel welcome in town spaces\, whether they’ve encountered barriers accessing services or opportunities\, and how connected they feel to the broader community. It takes about ten minutes\, and anyone who spends time in Concord is encouraged to take it\, whether you’re a longtime resident\, a recent arrival\, a student\, or someone who works here but lives somewhere else. \nWhy does this matter? Because good decisions require real information. The Commission can’t advocate for a more inclusive Concord without understanding where people feel included and where they don’t. \nThis survey is how we start that conversation. \nIt’s anonymous and it’s open to everyone who lives\, works\, or studies in Concord. If you want to share it\, the hashtag is #youbelonginConcord.
