Take your yoga practice outside this summer at the Old Manse! The Old Manse was home to transcendentalists like Emerson and Thoreau who were deeply interested in spiritual practices of the East and saw them as connected to the mindful living each sought to experience. Within this special landscape overlooking the Concord River, you’ll have the chance to reflect on your own ideas about mindful living. Class open to all levels; please bring your own towel of mat.
