Teen cardio party is an upbeat, high energy class set to fun music! Class begins with a dynamic stretching warmup followed by a mix of cardio and strength training and a cool down/stretch. The class does not require any equipment but sneakers and yoga mat or towel are recommended.
Recommended for ages 13+.
About Rachel Marchica: Born in Sudbury, MA, Rachel began dancing at age three and hasn’t stopped since. She is currently a third year BFA in dance student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where her training is focused in ballet, modern, contemporary, and improvisational practices. She is passionate about sharing dance with all ages and is looking forward to providing a space for movement, creativity, and self expression.
