Hello, are you here? With life’s many distractions, it’s easy to spin through our days feeling ungrounded. Be Well Be Here’s non-profit mission is to help us all Be Present on a path of possibility. In this session, we’ll discuss the myth of multi-tasking, the power of the pause, and how curiosity cultivates courage. Together, we’ll experiment with a variety of mindful wellness practices, from simple breathing and movement exercises to peaceful guided meditation. All are welcome to Be Well Be Here!
