Volunteers certified under the AARP Tax-Aide Program are available to help Concord residents age 60+ with federal and state personal income tax returns OR answer any questions. A one hour session can help with most tax issues faced by middle and low income taxpayers. The volunteer tax counselors hold office hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays until April 11th.
