Take your yoga practice outside this summer at the Old Manse! The Old Manse was home to transcendentalists like Emerson and Thoreau who were deeply interested in spiritual practices of the East and saw them as connected to the mindful living each sought to experience. Within this special landscape overlooking the Concord River, you’ll have the chance to reflect on your own ideas about mindful living. Class open to all levels; please bring your own towel of mat. Pre-registration requested. Member/Nonmember: $10/15
Hannah recieved her 200hr RYT certification in 2015 and is currently in the process of completing her 500hr RYT at Lexington Power Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for 3 years in and around the Boston Area. Hannah loves teaching Yoga because it feels like a way for her to share joy and goodness with others. Even if she practices yoga for one reason and her students another, she loves that through Yoga we can find common ground and share a experience that is meaningful. Her goal is for students to feel strong, empowered and motivated in classes and hopefully leave feeling relaxed and grounded. She teaches mostly Power Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and often enjoy finding ways to combine the two!
