Chef Roberta Hing returns to the COA to teach some simple techniques and delicious brunch dishes that can be made at home. Chef Roberta will start off with a Savory Bread Pudding with ham, goat cheese, shallots followed by Almond Poppy Seed Scones and Carmelized Bananas.
